Terribly unkept and has long grass with lots of bugs in it (probably ticks). This is no environment for any dog. Do better nyc parks.

I wonder if the park is closed for use. There is no water and only dust and mud. There is got to be an explanation of why the park looks like this. There is a lot of construction around it and the par
