I take my kids to this library every week. We usually bring a wagon and a couple tote bags and check out 30-50 books. The staff are always so kind and patient with us as the kids bring all their books

Why do I pay taxes to have a library open at 1pm on Tuesday's and Wednesday's and closed on Sunday and Monday? We live in a city not a rural area. Library should open at 9 everyday except Sunday.
