This cafe looks like a cross between a fairy garden cottage and a European sidewalk bistro, and we’re all in. Biscuits are the main event. They’re great with strawberry freezer jam and salted butter, or constructed as a cheesy sausage breakfast sandwich with arugula and maple-soothed sriracha. The other pastries, like bouncy Rome-style maritozzi and tart lemon cupcakes, perform swimmingly as supporting characters.
