Rachel was so awesome and helped me get my stuck piercings out super quick and easy!! I put it off forever and was dreading it but they made it easy and were v kind!
I just went there for nipple piercings and it was such a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during the whole thing! Would definitely reccomend!
Staff were a bit rude and overall unpleasant to deal with. All I could smell were cigarettes from the moment I walked in. Wouldn't go back honestly, for piercing or tattoo needs.
