Butane camping stoves are handed out freely at this casual Korean spot tucked into a Factoria strip mall. They help warm the massive skillets piled high with cheesy bulgogi and bubbling hot pots of spam. And while those sizzling dishes have the most flair, the other (less fiery) options are just as impressive—like their bossam platter, which looks like it requires at least two whole pigs’ worth of pork belly, and the comforting soondubu jjigae. Expect some menu changes as they settle in, but this place works great for a laid-back weeknight dinner and cheese pull. Portions are massive, too—bring a few friends.
