I have gone to them twice. First time everything was fine, sadly things went sideways the second time thus my rating. They send clothes out to be cleaned. In this situation, they lost one of my items.

Is this place even in business? I tried calling them multiple times during business hours and no one ever picked up. There wasn't a voicemail either.
