Horrible experience. They messed up a simple blood test TWICE all while chuckling about it. Very unprofessional and inexperienced medical staff.

I've had very poor communication experiences with Carbon Health. I had to come in four different times just to get my DOT certification completed. Very frustrating and time-consuming. I'm very disappo
