This location appears to have been remodeled or something. It appears different from my last visit. We came here to look at their prom dresses. I'm so glad we followed the advice from someone to do so

This place is where Customer Service goes to DIE! You can stand there with $$$ in your hand & nobody would care!

The Galleria store is terribly understaffed especially in the shoe department. Any day of the week and anytime of day only one lady works in shoe department. It's the exact opposite at the Summit! Poo
