Presbyterian's multidisciplinary hospice team of skilled nurses, social workers, home health aides, chaplains, volunteers and our medical director provide physical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families by creating a plan to help patients maintain their dignity, comfort and quality of life when curative measures are no longer an option.
