Customers regularly lean on the counter that’s piled high with slices of pound cake and shoot the breeze with the cashier while they wait for the massive fried fish sandwiches on white bread or a double cheeseburger with extra onion rings. The wings at Sparkle’s are crispy, and coated in a lemon-pepper rub that’s cheesy, garlicky, and just begging to be dunked in their ranch.
