Went here on Wednesday night around 8:45PM and ordered soft serve & two taiyakis and didn't double check the other taiyakis but found hair in the matcha one. Please wear hairnets when handling food!

Terrible service. I will never go here again. I used to go here all the time but will never go again. They need to know they are not the only ice cream shop in town.
