What is going on in this place? Past couple of times going it was 45 minutes till we got our food and it's not that great anymore

First off, my vegetarian dish came back full of sausage. Great ending to my lunch break. Took about ten minutes to get a water. 40 minutes to get my food, that was again, full of meat on a vegetarian
