Shang Hai is our go-to restaurant for Chinese food in Tampa, and the only restaurant my kids request by name. Consistent, delicious - the best!

We ordered takeout...general Tso's chicken and shrimp egg foo yung. Food was good and tasted fresh. Egg rolls were good as well.

Fresh, consistent, fair amount of food for the price, order always correct, easy order process and friendly staff. Can't ask for more!
