I would give the zero if I could. They are the absolute worst. They accept deliveries to areas they know they will not deliver to and then lie to you when you enquire. Left my mom without vital medica

I was shipped a package by Bulbhead in error and ontrac will not let me refuse and return the shipment. I offered to to take it to their depot but they won't allow that. It's absolutely ridiculous.
