Wat Ratchanatdaram is a buddhist temple located at the intersection between Ratchadamnoen Klang and Maha Chai Road, in Phra Nakhon district, Bangkok. Meaning Temple of the Royal Niece, the temple was built to the order of King Nangklao (Rama III) for the princess granddaughter, Somanass Waddhanawathy in 1846.

We were here on Thursday, 11/13/2025 during the afternoon hours. Great place to visit with the stupas and also the ability to go up and read all kinds of history about this place. Peaceful too overall
This Temple is located along the Ratchadamneon Blvd, aka the Royal Route. It was built according to Rama III orders in honor of his granddaughter. The Temple is little bit out of the main tourist are.
