Staff seems disinterested in their job. Perform minimum required to help customers. Not uncommon for them to ignore you standing in line.

staff move VERY SLOW do not care there is a huge line of people waiting, all i needed was a qr code scanned because at the self kiosk it said i needed additional assistance, VERY DISAPPOINTED
