Public areas were attractive.We were assigned a room with a strange smell and an air conditioner that was leaking on the carpet. Controls on ac did not work. We complained at front desk and were told

Comfortable bedStaff not very friendly. Personal items very scarce. Had full bottles but they were empty. Not enough personal sizes. Didn’t like being charged for using a credit card.
