Excellent customer service! Was frustrated with the ev chargers. The young man at the front desk came outside with me to troubleshoot the issue. FABULOUS!!!
The staff bent over backwards to please us. The bed was superb, the room was quiet and clean without a chemical smell, and somehow the air filtration system made the room not stuffy. We enjoyed using.
