Was instructed I could just walk in to drop off my stool to be tested, was told i did not need an appointment or wait. Came in with my frozen stool & was told i had to check in as a walk in and wait.

The ladies were extremely rude! Ignored me when I tried to ask a question. Disrespectful when I was able to ask a question. I'll never come to this location again.
