Good fruit teas, small cute space, tiny sitting area. Service decently fast. I would go for fruit tea, I like the grapefruit ones.

The Chocolate Tiramisu and the Honey Lemonade MACU Specialties are incredible! Definitely a sweet treat for those who are looking for a good quality boba spot.

re review update. I've been craving a lot of grapefruit tea these days... I love their Ruby Grapefruit Li Li Tea.
