2 hr wait for labs...receptionist rude and moved someone she knew who didn't have appointment or even self check in to front.

AMAZING! No appointment, takes walk ins. Quickly in and out. Staff was personable and professional. Only downfall I would say is the waiting area could use some improvement.

after a week of trying to fax blood draw orders i had to go and try to get my blood drawn. every time it was sent there was fax confirmation of received. I could not talk to a person through the phone
