It's been a while since I visited. Today I arrived with my work team. The ramen was well bodied with firm noodles and a decent level of spice.

We visited Jinya Ramen Bar in Brentwood for the first time today for lunch, and it was amazing! I had the Flying V Harvest - a vegan miso broth with Impossible™ meat, bean sprouts, broccolini, green o
