I send a $500 dollar package, they sold me the box when I ask the lady for tape to seal the box she told me no, I need to buy a tape at $12, I say I don't need the entire tape just a few pieces to clo

Went in to make a return on an unopened box, clerk stated that box could not be shipped back due to damaged box when it had been untouched by me. Had to pay $8 for a new box, what a scam.

Amazing!! They are wonderful at this location! They helped me so much. Would definitely recommend coming to this location! I accidentally made a mistake on the return label and they helped me fix it.
