Arrived at 5pm and was told the wait-staff wouldn't arrive until 5:30. This happened another time and the staff didn't arrive until 6 pm. Isn't this restaurant open all day? Why is there no staff at 5

Sam, our server was very friendly and checked back with us several times. We ordered the fries, popcorn crawfish, clams, shrimp and crab. Food comes quickly and is very good. This was our 4th visit. D
