It's a joke. Doctors will not provide the care needed and office is nonresponsive to requests and messages.

Absolute worst doctors offices ive ever dealt with, techs are terrible at drawing blood, billing department bills you for appointment you never went to because of their fault, had another appointment

Staff at this location (Swann Ave) have been generally wonderful. Every now and then we wait long periods or encounter someone with rude behavior maybe not handling a bad day that well, but overall -
