Tap is a Brazilian chain perfect for a Brickell resident who feels famished after an overstimulating spin class. They make decent tapioca sandwiches and pao de queijo paninis (all of which are gluten-free). But the best thing on the menu is the açai bowls. Our favorite is the tropical bowl that comes with a thick layer of cinnamon-coated granola, bananas, and strawberries—enough so that you get a little in every bite (as long as you’re good about pacing yourself). It works for a healthy snack after running seven miles with your run club, or if you’re just hunting for a light lunch and want to sip out of a tiny coconut.
