New to the area and tried Bops on a whim. Had another experience at another local ice cream/custard stand and it was not good so I wasn't expecting much. However, what I received was courteous staff,

They don't staff this place well. One server covering walk-ins and drive through. Poor planning by management. The server nice, just stressed.
