It's a local favorite coffee house, easy parking lot . Ordered the breakfast sandwich, but it was just 3/5 stars. The croissant was dry but the aoli was good on it. The coffee was 4/5 as it was good,
Great customer service in a pristine location. It's my go-to spot for drip coffee and a good book. Some places just get it right, and Ava is one of them.
Great coffee at great location. Wonderful patio with water view. Perfect place to drink my Spanish Latte.
