Vietnamese coffee and Avocado coffee are really good. I go there at least once a week but usually 2-3 times a week. The sandwich is top notch.

Delicious banh mi sandwiches! Checkout was fast and easy. They have seating available, plus a pool table in the back which makes it a cool spot to hang out while you eat.
