Bought new tires for my truck and even paid extra for the road hazard warranty 2 different times I got a nail in a tire and both times they were to busy to take 5 minutes to plug the tire begging them

Cons: took my vehicle in for some work that cost quoted me $950, they went ahead and did oil change (80) and coolant flush $180) that I didn't authorize. Charges ended up being $1,220. My check engine

In for a simple oil change. Waited 2 hours in the waiting area and the car never made it to the back. Not even a reason or set an expectation that the wait would be that long. Complete waste of time!
