It's a luxury hotel at a magnificent location. Parking available just in front of the hotel. Walking distance to nearby tourist shopping streets. A quiet environment in it which you can say it's roman
Extremely poor service of the guests. They were not at all accommodating when asked for help. To do a small bag of laundry they wanted about $100 usd. $50 usd to use the onsen , $60 usd for breakfast.
