Store doesn't open at posted times, online orders don't get prepared in advance, staff is slow and rude when confronted on these matters.

Many of the employees here are abysmal. One example, we were told "we are out of ice cream because we close in 30 minutes," which clearly doesn't make sense, but it was also 50 minutes before close. O

This is the BEST location!! They are so fast and very polite! And I've never been disappointed with the quality of my food!
