The line is always very long why don't they have two people on the counter and when I get to the front they don't have my prescription ready or they say we didn't have the drug so they had to bring it

Terrible on multiple fronts. They almost never answer the phone and you cannot leave a message. They won't fill a prescription without insurance approval but they don't notify you they are not filling
