University Health Judson ISD Health Center is a school-based primary care clinic on the Judson ISD campus at Wagner High School on San Antonio’s Northeast Side. We provide adult and pediatric primary care for students, staff, families and the community. Services include preventive exams, well-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, chronic disease management and telehealth. In partnership with Judson ISD, we deliver convenient, integrated care to support community health.
