friendly people but I don't think they know a single thing about ski boots. purchased mine around 4 to 5 years ago from the Charlotte location and just found out today that therefore size is too big.

Do NOT order and e-gift card from this place!! The experience has been horrible! When I ordered online, the confirmation indicated it would be shipped. I contacted an agent and the individual indicate
