I Love Renee! She does my partial blond highlights and I am never disappointed. The salon itself isn't fancy like some but in the end it's about the hair. Decent prices as well compared to others.

Christine is a hair color expert and that is the only reason why I would frequent this run down salon in the Tyrone Square mall. Everyone is very nice and it is a shame that Penny's does not reinvest
