I had an appt. the lady in the front was rude and still at the time of my appt. more than a 30min wait in the room and still no cleaning. didn't update me on being behind. terrible customer service. I

I would never write a review like this to retaliate, and this is solely to share our experience in hopes of educating others. I started with this office as a new resident to El Paso. Highly recommend

The majority of the staff members here are pretty friendly and welcoming :) ! I felt that Dr Juan Cobos and his assistants did an excellent job in taking care of my dental needs and deserve 5 stars :D
