A solid stop for Valley residents, Claudine in Encino has an interesting menu and a whole lot of pastries. Choices range from chilaquiles to malted milk pancakes to avocado toast. It’s a big space and the staff can seem a little overwhelmed, but Claudine does its job as a decent breakfast and lunch option. Also, they do a great boozy brunch on the weekends from 8am - 3pm, complete with $3.25 mimosas.
