The McClung Museum of Natural History and Culture is a museum located on the campus of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Built in 1963, exhibits focus on natural history, archaeology, anthropology, decorative arts, and local history. Had a few things to see that we enjoyed but there were not many exhibits and they were small. This really takes an hour or less to view. It was near impossible to find and we had to ask for parking...
The regional geology and humanoid evolutions sections are still worth the effort. But the once really good Native American section has been gutted by the Repatriation Act. Artifacts and whole exhibits
