$17 for a sandwich with hard, stale bread? I see why this place is always empty, even at 7pm. How do they stay in business?

Had lunch here today. Amazing, friendly, helpful service. They made my sandwich perfect, restaurant was clean and everyone that worked there seemed happy to be there. Will definitely come back again.
