Extremely disorganized. Checked in on the computer and received a number. Then 45 mins later, started getting messages that they're ready to serve me, but a different number was mentioned in the text.

This scam is an oldie but goodie whereby a very authoritative "Detective" from the FBI calls from a spoofed number to inform me that my SS number has been used in a crime along the Texas/Mexico border
