It's nearly impossible to contact an actual person, one has to go through so much just to receive a call back , & even then you still have to wait only to not speak to anyone! It's truly inconvenient

All I needed was antibiotics and they refused to do so. Cough medicine is not what I went for.

There's no one to check you in. They take forever to call your name dispite not having any patients in the back. Not to mention the bathroom smelled like it hasn't been cleared in days.
