I placed a bagel order online. Pick up time was at 7 AM and got a text at 6:35 telling me my order was ready. Their bagels are huge and delicious. The staff there are super friendly.

Guys .... You gotta lock in. Waiting 28 minutes for an egg on a bagel at 9:00 when people are trying to get to work is not going to cut it. Unacceptable
