This facility is by far the worst that I have experienced. I was in the facility for over one month and I lost almost forty pounds because the food I was served wasn't fit to eat. The nurses, CNA, and

Just the worst. The nurses did not respond to the call alarm for at least 45 minutes. When communicating with staff they do not look you in your eyes. I believe they are not listening to my concerns.

Check in but never check out please don't bring your love one at this facility please run!!!
