seen a rat while waiting for my food! i tried to tell the manager but she was rude about the situation!

This is the second time this has happened. Lived an order. Delivery time is 30-38 minutes. It is now over 1:30 and still no delivery. Been on hold for over 35 minutes and they will not answer the phon

Great staff and good food. Even better management! Prices are high but there are always deals :)
