Invited by my daughter to join her for her birthday set meal at Andes Toa Payoh Safra. Right at the end of the long corridor and not yet crowded at 12 noon on a weekday but became very noisy with lar.

we work nearby, this is a convienent place for lunch, we had our main and top up for soup and drinks. the food are good and prices are reasonable.
