Boroughmuir High School is a non-denominational secondary school in Edinburgh, Scotland. It was founded in 1904, and moved to its current site in 1913. Both buildings were designed by John Alexander Carfrae. Its catchment area is in the south side of the city, and includes Bruntsfield, Buckstone, and South Morningside Primary Schools. In 2011 Boroughmuir's exam results were the fourth best state school results in Scotland. David Dempster is Head Teacher.
