Republic Services contacted me and refunded me the money for my recycle bin. I had to wait until my next billing cycle, however, I did receive reimbursement.

Their web site is awful!! I've requested a reset of my password many times and and it never gets sent to me!!!! So I cannot get into my own account!!!!!!!
