Had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and still took forever (far past appointment time) to be seen. And the oil changes are slow. Don't recommend

Only reason it gets one star is because I can't go lower , I go in and got immediately turned away because I need "an appointment " that's fine , what's not fine is they had me standing there waiting
