In the middle of the University Village shopping craziness is Rachel’s Ginger Beer, serving housemade sodas and soft serve custard floats. The ginger beer has a spicy kick, and comes in interesting flavors like mango mate and caramelized pineapple. Not only that, but there’s a window serving fried chicken sandwiches and tenders from Ma’Ono. They also have spiked mules (on the rocks and frozen) if you want something a little stronger.
